Per request, my recipe for fried pork chops.
i sprinkle them with a little bit of salt, pepper, and rosemary. put a little bit of oil in the pan, then put the pan on high. don’t let the oil get to hot, but if it does, just turn the stove off, and move the pan off the stove. sear the chops for 1 minute on high, then flip them over and turn it down to low, cooking them for another 10 minutes. sprinkle a little more salt, pepper, and...
